Laurens Police Department mourns passing of dispatch officer

LAURENS, S.C. (WSPA) - The City of Laurens Police Department reported that their dispatch officer has passed away. In a media post, the police department said that Angie C. Wallace, who had been working with the department administration as a dispatch officer, had passed away. She had been with the department since 2017. Arrangements for Wallace's funeral are being handled by Beasley Funeral Home and can be viewed here.

Davidson County 911 announces passing of dispatcher

On Sunday, officials said Laura Everhart passed away. In February she received the Davidson County’s Employee of the Year award.
