Danish Duplos drive down derby track
The children gathered around the table, quickly building cars from Duplo, the larger version of the Danish Lego bricks. The idea for the Danish Duplo Dash was to make a car that would race down the derby car track against two other cars, seeing which one would go the farthest and not fall apart. The idea was a new addition to the Hans Christian Andersen Park, an area set aside especially for kids’ play during the Danish Festival.
