Mangaluru, July 11: Panakkad Sayyid Nasir Abdul Hayy Shihabuddin Thangal Ba'Alawi has been appointed as the new Qadhi of Dakshina Kannada, filling the vacancy created by the demise of Alhaj Twaqa Ahmed Musliyar.
