Nationalist Maxim Martsinkevich, also known as Tesak, said that he had been killing visitors in Moscow since he was 19. He made this confession in a "calm and confidential conversation" with the investigator, said Valentina Petrenko, an official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
