KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Crowne Plaza in downtown Knoxville now has new owners after it was sold for more than $30 million. According to documents from the Knox County Register of Deeds, Knoxville Hotel Associates, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, sold the property at 401 W Summit Hill Drive to Sachchidanand Hotel Summit, LLC, for $30,305,000 on August 1.
