DETROIT LAKES — Jonathan Cowell ran a third-place time of 16:33.1 to help the Brainerd Warrior boys to a second-place finish in the Central Lakes Conference Championship Tuesday, Oct. 14. Brainerd’s Nolan Kalthoff placed 14th, Eli Kotsmith captured 15th and Nolan Jendro finished in 17th. Brianna Blasing’s fifth-place time of 19:35.7 led the Warrior girls to a fourth-place finish.
