Crookston man pleads guilty to third-degree criminal sexual conduct

POLK COUNTY, Minn. — A Crookston man pleaded guilty Tuesday, June 24, to third-degree criminal sexual conduct for engaging in a sexual act with a woman while she was impaired by alcohol. Susano Isaiah Padilla, 22, pleaded guilty to one of his multiple felony charges.
