Crochet, Story lead Red Sox to 7th straight win over Royals
BOSTON, AUG 6 – Crochet earned his ninth straight win by striking out eight and retiring the first 10 batters as the Red Sox won their seventh game in a row, improving to 13 games above .500.
- The Boston Red Sox won their seventh straight game on Tuesday night at Fenway Park, defeating the Kansas City Royals 6-2 in front of a sellout crowd of 37,013.
