The motorcycles who killed Morena Dominguez as she entered school in Lanús were sentenced to life.

The robbery and homicide took place in August 2023 when the girl was going to Primary School No. 60 "Small Fuerte" in Villa Diamante. There she was surprised by motorcycles who stole her cell phone. In the midst of the criminal act, one of the robbers pushed her, causing her to fall to the asphalt.

On Tuesday’s day, the Oral Court in Criminal case No. 3 of Avellaneda found Miguel Ángel Madariaga, 29, and Facundo Alejandro Ortiz, 24, guilty of the crime of “criminous homicide in real contest with theft and aggravated cover-up for profit” against Morena Domínguez and sentenced them to life imprisonment.
