Three prisoners were found lifeless in Loja prison

In Loja prison, in the south of the country, three prisoners were found alive on Monday, March 24.

On Monday, March 24, three persons deprived of their liberty were found alive in the Loja Social Rehabilitation Center. The prison guides conducted their usual round when they arrived at the pavilion where they found the bodies around 08:00.
