(Creston, IA) – A Union County man was arrested Tuesday afternoon, on a Class-D Felony charge of Domestic Abuse Assault by impeding the flow of air/and-or blood, causing bodily injury, as well as for Possession of a Controlled Substance/2nd Offense (an Aggravated Misdemeanor). The Creston Police Department reports 29-year-old Ryan Jason Parmenter, of Creston, was taken into custody at around 12:20-p.m. and transported to the Union County Jail. …
