The First Preparatory Investigative Court of Lurín ordered Rutas de Lima on Tuesday to suspend the payment of the toll in Conchán. This decision is given after declaring the habeas corpus presented by the Municipality of Lurín in part founded for an alleged violation of the freedom of transit. The ruling establishes that the measure will be in force until the criminal justice issues a final ruling on the legality of the concession contract.
