Crazy record-breaking disciplinary officer: Penalties for headbutting, racism, or threatening referees

They have never experienced this in the Olomouc region. The Disciplinary Committee of the Olomouc District Football Association had to deal with a record number of serious offenses after the weekend round. And high penalties and fines were imposed. Mostly for insulting referees, racism towards opponents and also for another headbutt.
