Highway 401’s eastbound lanes are closed between Highway 37 at Belleville and Marysville Road due to multiple collisions, police say.

The eastbound lanes of Highway 401 between Highway 37 in Belleville and Marysville Road have reopened. Emergency response crews were called to the report of a transport rollover under the Shannonville Road overpass just before 7 a.m. Tuesday. There was also another collision involving a transport and a car. The OPP haven't released any further details about the collision but said the highway is now open to traffic....

Crashes closes the 401

The OPP are on the scene of two crashes on the 401 east of Belleville Tuesday. Crews responded to a dump truck on its side, in the eastbound lanes, near the Shannonville Road exit. Meantime, the second collision involves a tractor trailer and a passenger vehicle. No injuries have been reported in either incident.
