ROSEDALE, MD—Crews are on the scene of a crash on southbound Interstate 95 inside the Baltimore Beltway. A Monday evening collision has shut down several southbound lanes of I-95 between I-695 and the I-95/I-895 split. Heavy delays are present on southbound I-95. There has been no word on any injuries.
