CPSO: Body found in ditch near Big Lake Road - American Press
Just after 3 p.m. Thursday afternoon, Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office deputies were dispatched to the area around W. Gauthier and Big Lake roads in reference to a body located in a ditch. The preliminary investigation reveals no obvious signs of foul play but the investigation is continuing, said spokesperson Kayla Vincent. The coroner will determine cause of death, she said.
