Till Lindemann: Regional Court of Cologne takes action against Rammstein-Frontmann

The publishing house Kiepenheuer & Witsch should not have terminated Till Lindemann, states the Cologne Regional Court.

A success for Till Lindemann - at least in court. The publisher Kiepenheuer & Witsch announces to the author in 2023, after allegations of sexual assault become known and videos with rape fantasies appear.

A court ruled that the KiWi publishing house should not have terminated the contract with the Rammstein singer. KiWi had relied on broken trust.

Kiepenheuer & Witsch had separated from the "Rammstein" singer after women had accused him of, among other things, abuse of power.

The Regional Court of Cologne justifies Till Lindemann in the dispute with Kiepenheuer & Witsch: His artistic expression was known to the publishing house and does not justify a contract termination.

After serious accusations the KiWi publishing house ended the cooperation with Till Lindemann. The Rammstein singer took legal action against it – now the Cologne regional court gave the lawsuit.
