On February 25, the defenses of Edwin Angulo, alias Invisible; Laura Castillo, alias Flaca; Erick Ramírez and Colombian Victor Alfonso Flores will have to appear before a criminal court of the Court of Pichincha to substantiate the appeal to the first level penalty received as material authors of the murder of the presidential candidate of the Construye-Gente Buena alliance, Fernando Villavicencio.
