The Minister of Health is permitted to order the Excellent Care Clinics (ECC) in Velsen-Noord to cease a COVID-19 treatment in which patients inject lidocaine themselves at home. The District Court of North Holland ruled this on Thursday. There is currently no scientific basis for this use of the medication.
