Chilson Motors, in Cadott, gives $1,000, to the Jacob Lee Schultz Swimming Memorial, in honor of the four-year-old namesake, who drowned, when he fell off a dock in Lake Altoona. His grandmother, Kessea Kahl, started the memorial, to offer lifejackets to youth and adults, so they didn’t meet the same fate as her young grandson.
