ST. CLOUD — Stearns County commissioners on Tuesday, Aug. 12, approved an interim use permit (IUP) for an indoor cannabis microbusiness in Cold Spring. Commissioners OK'd the permit in a 3-1 vote. The permit would expire in 2045.
