Decatur-Grady 911 appropriately handled a call it received last month, 911 Director Tonya Griffin told the Decatur County Board of Commissioners Tuesday. Climax resident Grace Cooper had called the dispatch center on Feb. 20 from Horse Creek Road, a 2-mile-long, one-lane dirt road near the Florida state line in rural Grady County.
