The Freeborn County Board of Commissioners on Tuesday appointed Amy Conner as the new auditor-treasurer for the county. Amy Conner Conner, who is originally from Seattle, has lived in Indiana for the last 15 years. She said her husband is originally from Minnesota and they were looking to return to the area.
