Spending on the future home of Kirkwood’s public works departments continues to divide elected leaders, who moved forward another $500,000 in building upgrades last week.
The Deliberating Council of Comodoro Rivadavia approved this Thursday, unanimously, an ordinance that introduces changes in the regime of public works contracts and limits the possibility of the Executive Power to award works through private contests without greater legislative control.
