GLADWIN There’s an old saying that “everyone talks about the weather, but nobody ever does anything about it.” That was only partly true last Tuesday at the Regular Meeting of the Gladwin City Council. A discussion was held about the result of the recent blast of winter weather, large piles of snow clogging the roads that are pushed into parking spaces and sidewalks and the Downtown Area along Cedar Ave.
