BRUCEDALE – Guelph/Eramosa council has approved a comprehensive speed limit bylaw that will see all roads in Rockwood reduced from 50 to 40km/h.The decision follows a committee of the whole meeting at which council was provided three options to address speeding concerns. Council voted in favour of option three, which would see the limit on all municipally owned roads within Rockwood reduced, and also asked staff to apply the 40km/h limit to the …
