Hunter 07/13/26 A Coralville man was taken into custody early Sunday morning after a domestic dispute. Police say 33-year-old Serge Mulumba Serge of 21st Avenue Place chased his wife out of their residence in attempt to prevent her from calling 911 after allegedly grabbing her by the mouth and seizing her phone.
