The MPPD and Isle of Palms Police Department are partnering with South Carolina Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics on Feb. 28, starting at 11 a.m., to raise money and awareness for Special Olympics South Carolina athletes at the Windjammer on Isle of Palms.
