Convicted fraudster Hugo Gallegos faces new million-dollar fraud charge in Regina
Hugo Gallegos is charged with defrauding a Regina business of more than $1 million while he was responsible for overseeing the company's books. Back in 2015, he was sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to defrauding Whitecap Dakota First Nation of $5.8 million.
