Controversial Law Could Ban Photography at 25,000 Sites in Poland

Poland on Friday imposed a strict ban on photographing and filming certain objects considered part of critical infrastructure, such as bridges, tunnels and trains. The neighboring country wants to better protect itself against the activities of foreign intelligence services. Objects that cannot be photographed will be marked with signs.

Poland punishes the photographing of military installations and other critical infrastructure without special permission.
