Construction workers deal with hill slip near Jefferson Road

SOUTH CHARLESTON, WV (WOWK) - Construction crews on the Jefferson Road Project in South Charleston had to deal with a minor hill slide Thursday morning. A barrier wall was already in place when the slide happened, preventing it from impacting traffic.
