Ten of the prosecutions took place in the case of Constance, in a bank fraud file, in which investigators claim that people with small income would have been collected and used to obtain credit on the basis of false documents. The estimated damage exceeds 1.7 million of them.
The police have applied, Joi, 31 domestic search warrants, in a criminal file aimed at the eradication of fraud, false use and material in official records.The deportations, which cover more than 30 persons, are located both in the Constance municipality, as well as in the localities of Cumpana, Návodari, Ovidiu, Techirghiol, Poiana, Porta Alba and Ivrinezu.
The police are making six prosecutions in the Constance and Buzău courts, in a criminal document on the handling of fraud offences, false material in official records, use of false and false identity, after more people have obtained bank credit, using fake identity cards and documents from which they claimed to be military pensioners. The damage is almost 1.5 million of them.
