The Congolese Observatory for Human Rights (OCDH) presents this Tuesday, 22 September, the findings of an investigation that it has conducted since President Denis Sassou Nguesso entrusted, a year ago, the fight against urban crime to its presidential guard. An operation which, according to the NGO, has already led to the disappearance of 561 young people of whom we are still without news.
