The Cochabamba Mayor’s Office will not allow the aggression suffered by five municipal guards to remain unpunished. For this reason, it will initiate legal actions to punish the material and intellectual perpetrators of the violence unleashed at the entrance to Cotapachi, on Tuesday, when the garbage carts entered to leave waste in an emergency cell after 14 days of closure of the K’ara K’ara dump.
