Concord man indicted on rape, other charges after assault at Sandwich restaurant

A 71-year-old Concord man was indicted for his role in the sexual assault of a 20-year-old woman in Sandwich in July, Cape and Islands District Attorney Robert J. Galibois’ office announced Wednesday. Elie Jammal was indicted on the charges of rape and two counts of assault and battery of a person over the age of 14, Galibois’ office said in a statement.
