After a long day of negotiation, on Tuesday 17 June, trade unions and employers did not manage to reach an agreement to adjust the 2023 pension reform. They will meet again Monday 23 for a final session.
The meeting of this Tuesday, June 17, 2025 was to be the last in the series of negotiations between unions and employers to improve pension reform but no agreement was reached. A final date was added to the conclave's calendar on Monday, June 23.
The conclave on pensions between the social partners, impulsed by François Bayrou, did not find a solution after the initial deadline for consultation.
