Germany's culture commissioner received assurances from MediaForEurope (MFE) CEO that ProSiebenSat.1 will maintain editorial independence amid its acquisition by MFE. MFE is poised to take control after acquiring a Czech investment group's stake. Results of the offer will be announced on September 4.
