Electrical overload can easily lead to fire and explosion, a story that seems new but is not new in low-income apartment buildings. Having lived in an apartment building in Xuan Phu Ward (Thuan Hoa District, Hue City) for a while, I am quite familiar with the story of electrical safety and electricity saving here.
