RUTHERFORD COUNTY, Tenn. (WKRN) — Changes have come to Rutherford County's Parent Responsibility Zone and to the proposed bus strike. The Rutherford County Board of Education decided to eliminate some bus routes for students who lived near their schools last week in an attempt to fill a $20 million budget hole.
