Commonwealth's attorney left with 'hamstrung investigation'

It’s been almost a month since the Martinsville City Council fired Aretha Ferrell-Benavides as city manager for cause, including alleged malfeasance and dishonesty, but requests for details are denied, and the Commonwealth Attorney says his office is being limited.
