The Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation has drawn up a draft resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation according to which IT companies that will not restrict users' access to their digital platforms using VPN services will be denied the right to pre-deposit their products on devices in Russia.
