Colombian Defense Minister Pedro Sánchez Suárez announced this Friday that the government will increase the security measures of President Gustavo Petro in the face of the “pitched threats” against him, at a time of high political tension in the country.
Opposition parties held an event in the Temproleta de la Alpujarra in Medellín, in rejection of the act carried out by President Gustavo Petro, in which he shared platform with nine excapos of criminal gangs on 21 June.
