Collision leaves 1 dead in Ohio County - WNKY News 40 Television

BEAVER DAM, Ky. – One person is dead following a crash in Ohio County. According to a release, the Beaver Dam Police Department responded to a two-vehicle collision in the 700 block of South Main Street Friday. The release states that a car, driven by Jeri Frazier, 52, of Owensboro, was traveling out of the Key Stop parking lot, located at 724 South Main Street, and attempted to cross the highway and into a driveway.
