The year 2024 marked a milestone in collective bargaining in the Basque Country, as 67.7% of the working population closed with updated collective agreements, the highest percentage since the 2012 labor reform came into force. Furthermore, at the end of May, the salaried population with updated collective agreements stood at 54.3%, according to data released today by the Basque Labor Relations Council (CRL).
