At 1:09 a.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service released a cold weather advisory valid from 10 p.m. until Tuesday 1 p.m. for Wyoming, Chautauqua, Cattaraugus and Allegany counties.The weather service comments, “Bitterly cold wind chills as low as 20 degrees below zero possible.”
