KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO, JUL 15 – Dave Tysdal suffered multiple severe injuries from a gunshot ambush and was transferred for specialized care after initial ICU treatment, according to the Coeur d'Alene Firefighters union.
- Last month, firefighter Dave Tysdal was shot in the back during an ambush on Canfield Mountain near Coeur d'Alene that resulted in the deaths of two senior fire officials, Frank Harwood and John Morrison.
