Pennsylvania State Troopers train for active threat situations in Elk County

ELK COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — Pennsylvania State Troopers from Troop C gathered at the Bennett's Valley Community Center to perform active threat training scenarios.  The training being done is from ALERRT.
