The Constitutional Court (CC) issued a favourable opinion for the call for popular consultation that seeks to install a Constituent Assembly.
The National Electoral Council received the favorable opinion of the Constitutional Court for the popular consultation on a Constituent Assembly, after the government adjusted the statute.
