In a new appeal, the Association Notre Affaires à tous has referred the matter to the Conseil d'État in order to ensure that France respects its "fair share" in the fight against climate change, according to its responsibility and its means.
This procedure, only revealed on Thursday, was initiated with the Council of State in January. A first decision is expected early next year.
