DURHAM COUNTY AND WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE, ENGLAND, UK, JUL 15 – Reform UK councils cite financial risks and social care crises to withdraw climate emergency declarations, with 62 councillors backing the motion in a contentious vote, officials said.
